For Turkey:
You can create a return request through your membership.You can return your return in its original box within 7 days from the delivery date, free of charge, without any breakage or damage to the product.

For Overseas:
You can return the product within seven days after receiving it by packaging it as it arrived and sending it to our address in the Netherlands with any courier of your choice. The shipping cost is your responsibility. Once we receive the return, we will notify you immediately via email and process your refund within seven days at the latest. You can get detailed information about your returns from our Customer Services.

After we receive your return product, the relevant units will review and finalize it. Return of approved products is made within 3 working days for purchases made by credit card, and refunds made via door payment and remittance / eft are made every Wednesday on Wednesday. The next process is related to your bank. Refund of products whose expiry date, unpaid, unlabeled, used, lost or resold merchandise property is not accepted, are sent back with counter-payment.
Note: In the order returns given by payment at the door, the 'commission payment at the door ( 50 TL)' received by the cargo companies is not refundable.
Refunds for installment orders will be reflected to your credit card in installments by your bank. This procedure is determined by your bank.
For Turkey:
All domestic returns are free of charge.
For Overseas:
For the returns to be made from abroad, the shipping fee belongs to the customer.
Only returns are accepted.
You will be notified by email and SMS immediately after we receive the returned products.
The returned product or products are processed after the approval process. If your refund is not credited to your account within 14 days, please contact your bank. You can then contact our Customer Service Center.
